Did you know that Juneau has the largest destination marketing volunteer team in the United States?
Already this summer 140 volunteers have worked over 2,000 hours and assisted more than 100,000 visitors in our amazing city!
These volunteers fill our sites with warmth, dedication, history, and a love for the community. They answer questions, hand out maps and rack cards, and guide visitors to the doors of Travel Juneau members.
At the end of each summer we like to say thanks for their hard work by hosting an end of season appreciation reception; this year it will be Friday, September 2nd. If you are interested in expressing your appreciation for the volunteers’ commitment to your business and our community, we invite you to donate a gift or gift certificate that will be raffled off that evening.
