Edit your listings through the membership portal

You have the ability to update your website, Travel Planner, or dining guide (if you’re a dining member) listing at any time throughout the year. We may occasionally prompt you to update it, especially for print deadlines, but you are able to update it at any time.

Travel Planner

Travel Planner listings are 160 characters of text (a little more than a tweet). This doesn’t include your contact info, so you don’t need to worry about putting your website or phone number in the listing description, only descriptive text about your business offerings.

From the member portal homepage, click on “collateral” on the left-hand navigation bar, then “listings.” On the following page, click the pencil icon next to the listing marked Travel Planner, and edit the text on the  following page.

If you haven’t updated your Travel Planner listing, please log in and do so as soon as possible!

Our website listings offer you a great deal more flexibility and options for describing your business to potential travelers.

  • Unlimited text (that doesn’t necessarily mean you should test those limits)
  • 3 photos on your listing page
  • Website & email clickable URLs

The process to edit your listing text is the same as the Travel Planner, but to add pictures, you need to go to the “Media” page on the Collateral tab of the membership portal. Here’s a quick video to show you how:

Dining Guide

For our dining members, we print a dining guide annually that is distributed not only at our visitor centers throughout Juneau but also to meetings and conventions that come to town throughout the year. Business travelers with per-diems are a boon to local restaurants and retail, especially during the winter months.

The listing update process again is the same as the Travel Planner listing: 160 characters of descriptive text, not including address and contact info.
